Your iPhone must use the same iCloud and FaceTime account

I am using Macbook Air (M2) and Iphone 14 Pro Max. Both are logged in with same Icloud ID. In MacBook I have two additional users with separate user IDs. When I log in to my personal user ID in Mac (the same that is used for my phone), and try to call using MAC, it says, Your iPhone must use the same iCloud and FaceTime account. I am using the same ID in both the device. Also I am not able to send and receive messages through my mobile number in Iphone. It stucks at activation.

Greetings mukul262,

Let’s begin by getting your phone number activated for use with iMessage and FaceTime. We’re going to recommend that you take the steps in the following article and work through them on your iPhone. We’ll summarize the steps, but be sure to refer to the article as it goes into each one in more detail. Be sure to also follow the section, “Still not activated after a day?”

Once we get this activation settled via your iPhone, we can then move on to your Mac.

If you can’t turn on or sign in to iMessage or FaceTime

1. Check your device settings

2. Turn off and restart iMessage and FaceTime

Thanks.
