MLS Season Pass- Choppy close ups

Streaming MLS Season Pass on Samsung Series 6. I don't have the Apple TV hardware, just the smart tv app. Close-up shots of the players cause the feed to skip frames, even on recorded matches/replays. Are there TV settings that can fix this?

MLS Season Pass judder after updating to tvOS 18 I've been unable to watch MLS Season Pass games in the Apple TV app on my Apple TV 4K without severe judder ever since I updated to tvOS 18 a couple weeks ago. I've tried deleting and reinstalling the app, as well as restarting my device multiple times. Every now and again the stream will work just fine for ~10 minutes after a restart, but inevitably it degrades over time and gets unwatchable with severe judder. None of my settings ever changed on my Apple TV 4K, and I was able to watch every game in 4K with no issues and without this judder ever happening before I updated to tvOS 18. I can watch the same games on my iPhone or iPad with no issues as well. Has anyone else run into this problem since updating? I saw some people in a different thread here had run into this problem in the past, but this isn't something I ever had to deal with before tvOS 18, so I thought there might be some sort of issue with the latest update (since nothing else in my setup has changed).

Apple TV+ App Stutter Hi! I’ve got a Samsung 4K tv with Apple TV+ App, everything was working fine with it until adding the MLS season pass. Live content and highlights stutter to the point of being unwatchable. I’ve tried resetting the app, deleting and reinstalling, upgrading internet to 500mbps, rebooting the router, changing the Automotion setting on the tv: turning it off, on, changing levels of Automotion. Watching the same content on an iPhone or iPad through the Apple TV+ app works great, casting it to my tv from my iPhone… stutters. I’ve got Netflix, Prime Video, HBO Max and Hulu Live, no other app has these issues. All software is up to date. Help, please?

Apple TV + is annoying slow on Apple TV 4K second Gen Recently noted that movies and series struggle to play on apple tv + on my Apple TV 4K second gen. The app buffers for more than 1 minute and if i’m lucky, the movie starts by it’s blurry. No such problems on Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube and Disney +. My Speedtest is 500meg up and 250meg down. My service provider tried everything but my problem persists.

You mentioned you have a smart TV app on your phone, is that the Apple TV app or are you using a web browser to stream?

A couple isolating steps you can take -

1. Test while connected to a different network (Wi-Fi or cellular)

2. Delete and reinstall the app
