iPhone 14 issues with Phonak hearing aids?
Like many others I was having problems connecting my Phonak Paradise hearing aids to my new iPhone 14 to stream music, make calls, etc. I finally found the solution by calling Phonak Support at 1-800-679-4871. The very helpful agent walked me through a simple process that involved (1) Putting my right HA into the charging case for a few seconds (which caused it to go into pairing mode), (2) Putting the HA back in my ear, and (3) seeing the words R-Phonak Hearing Aid (in addition to both LE_L- and LE_R-Phonak Hearing Aid) suddenly appear in the phone's list of Bluetooth-connected devices.
