Oticon opn S3 hearing aids keep dropping Bluetooth to iPhone 12 Pro Max

All was just fine with my Oticon opn S3 hearing aids staying paired to my phone until yesterday when I upgraded to iOS 16.1.2 ?!?! Now it’s crazy! They disconnect at least once/hour or just one side will. Having to constantly reboot and rep-pair them with my iPhone 12 Pro Max for the first time since buying them almost a year ago ?!?! Please find and eliminate the bug introduced with 16.1.2!! This is just unacceptable!! Thank you! I have already rebooted my phone, reset all network settings, as well as uninslling and reinstalling Oticon On app. ???

Indeed, my intuition about the update to iOS 16.1.2 causing the issue was correct. I contacted my hearing aid professional and he had a firmware update that fixed the issue. The firmware is for all the More series aids by Oticon. My Opn S3 aids are now not only completely hanging onto their connection to my iPhone 12 Pro Max in a rock solid way, but they sound better than ever with a noticeable improvement in eliminating the white noise of my tinnitus! 👍🏻👍🏻
