Preventing Web Images in Search for iOS

Is there a way to prevent all web images from showing up in search via parental controls / screen time?

Despite content filters being set appropriately, "web images" still show up, and if you dig long enough, inappropriate images can be found.

It does not include messaging app images, but I'm not worried about that.

Restricting access to web browsers does not prevent the images from showing up.

To stop web images appearing in spotlight search on iPhone:

Go to settings -> Siri and search -> safari -> turn off everything, also turn off everything in Siri and search.  (If siri and search is not visible, check in screen time that you haven’t switched it off in  “content and privacy restrictions” -> allowed apps)

Then Go to settings -> screen time -> content and privacy restrictions -> allowed apps -> switch off Siri and Safari.  This will remove “Siri and Search” from Settings, so your changes can’t be undone.
