New update won’t install. Error message saying I’m not connected to internet. I am connected to internet.

The new update 16.4.1 (a) won’t install on my iPhone 14 or iPad. I get the error message that I’m not connected to the internet. I am connected to the internet. Any others having this issue?

This is related to iOS 16.4.1(a) rapid response update. I can confirm that this is the issue that most people with iOS 16.4.1 is having. I am one of them as well. I recommend that you wait for a few hours and then try again. There is nothing wrong with your iPhone.
