Anyone else having problems with new update 16.4.1a. Update downloaded fine, just can not install. says not connected to internet. Did this on 2 ipads & iPhone. Internet IS working and show’s connected. TIA!

The whole forum is flooded with similar post, you can try again and if it still doesn't work, try at a different time or day.
