iOS security update 16.4.1 a won’t load on my iPhone 12 because a message says I am no longer connected to the internet. I restarted and made sure there was a connection to the internet. Still no install. Any ideas?

This exact issue is happening on my 13 mini as well. It’s an issue with the 16.4.1 (a) rapid security response. But this has happened a few times before and Apple usually fixes it later the same day. I recommend you try again this evening.
Apple's staggering the rollout to avoid overloading their servers. Try again in a few hours.
