Suggested Contact displays old photo

I changed the photo for one of my contacts. It shows fine when I’m looking through messages or when I open the contact. However when this contact comes up as a suggested contact the old picture displays. For example, when I got to forward a photo the suggested contact is displayed but it has the old photo. Anyone know how to resolve. I’ve tried removing the contact from suggestions. However when it was added back it came with the old photo. I’m on IOS version 16.4.1

Since the issue began, have you been able to restart your iPhone to see if that helps? If not, we'd recommend trying that. This article explains how: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support

"How to restart your iPhone X, 11, 12, 13, or later

Press and hold either volume button and the side button until the power-off slider appears.
Drag the slider, then wait 30 seconds for your device to turn off. If your device is frozen or unresponsive, force restart your device.
To turn your device back on, press and hold the side button (on the right side of your iPhone) until you see the Apple logo.
