iPhone 14 keeps freezing on messages

i just bought brand new iPhone 14 yesterday and I’ve had to turn off and turn on the phone almost 50 times in the last day because of the amount of times it freezes or won’t load or crashes the messages app. Can someone please help? This is literally brand new phone and my messages app is so slow and can’t even function correctly.

IPhone 14 Plus - Freezing, not getting messages, phone calls going direct to voice mail without ringing, phone shuts off...many more issues. Is anyone else having this problem? My phone isn't even a month old. I've reached out to my carrier (AT&T), who refused to help with messages and phone calls. It's been constant issues with this new iPhone 14 Plus. I think this will be my LAST iPhone after all the issues I keep having. the first line is just a sample of issues. Also have -

  1. Once screen freezes, I have to do a forced restart. I actually did 11 restarts in one day, but it's usually 3-5 times on a normal day.
  2. Games don't work - AT ALL. Screen freezes every time I try to open a game-restart required
  3. Notes disappear or get moved to "archived notes"
  4. Apps work once in a while. Usually a restart is required when I try to open an app
  5. Maps - Ha ha - That has NEVER worked.
  6. Safari - print is extremely tiny and can't be read without a magnifying glass. I had to download the Google app. It usually works after I try to open, and then perform a restart.
  7. The "App Library" only shows about half of my apps
  8. Anything (internet, or app) that requires a password makes the phone freeze and requires a restart
  9. If I go onto a site online, and it sends a code to my messages, the message never shows up.
  10. The camera worked the first few days, however, now it won't record any videos.

I think 10 items is enough, but there are even more issues. Apple says nothing is wrong with the phone. I took it to the Apple store, spent an hour looking at the phone, then said nothing was wrong with it, and then I got charged a huge amount for that pitiful service. I've never had this many issues with a phone, even when I had a flip phone 20 years ago.

I got a lemon of a phone, and what a disappointment Apple has been. I've already spent more money getting it fixed than I still owe on the phone.

Shame on Apple for the lack of customer service, going WAY downhill on their products, and then making the customer pay out the rear for NOTHING.

Honestly it’s ridiculous. My iPhone X was way better than this. I’m literally considering downgrading back to that instead. This iphone 14 doesn’t even let me do basics messaging or calling without having to restart the phone every time. I can’t believe this is what I get for paying over a grand. I just tried factory resetting so I’m hoping that works. Incredibly disappointing
