I went on trip and took two iphones. My daughter took phones on one and I on the other. We came home backed up our data to the cloud but they refuse to merge. This should happen automatically, I would think. Now if I want to cherry Puc pictures I have to go back and forth on two phones Tom test a new album. How do I combine them?

If you used the same Apple ID (and you shouldn’t, each user needs their own ID), everything will sync to one library. Otherwise one user needs to share their photos for the other to import into their library.
