Phone ringer when phone linked to apple watch
How can I turn the ringer on for my phone, without the Apple watch ringing and vice-versa?

According to Notifications on your Apple Watch - Apple Support, If your iPhone is unlocked, you get notifications on your iPhone instead of your Apple Watch. And if your iPhone is locked or asleep, you get notifications on your Apple Watch, unless your Apple Watch is locked.
