is there a way to make your phone and Apple Watch at the same time? Because usually when I get a message my Apple Watch goes off but is they a way I can make my phone go off as well?

I don't have the "Synchronize Rings" feature in the Sounds & Haptics section of the Apple Watch app on my iPhone.
And your second suggestion is different on my iPhone... I can select "Mirror my iPhone" but there is NOTHING indicating this "...as my Ringtone..." in the Phone section of the Apple Watch app on my iPhone.
