Why I can’t download trademe app on my apple phone, that app is available on App Store, when I click download then page turn into white.

Certain apps not showing up in app store I am trying to download an app to my iphone (13 Pro running iOS 16.6) which should be available in the app store. However, when I search for the app it does not appear, nor do any apps by the developer. If I search for the app on a web browser it shows up and says that it is available to download, however if I click the install button from the web browser a blank screen pops up and I cannot download. I already have an app from the developer on my phone that was downloaded one year ago, however even this app doesn't show up when I search for it in the app store. The app appears to be available to other people with iPhones in my region.

Unable to download TikTok I would like to know why USA people are not able to download TikTok App on their iPhone? Other phones like android can get that app and we can logging into TikTok using the browser on our iPhone. But why can’t we download on that apps on our iPhone ?
