Certain apps not showing up in app store

I am trying to download an app to my iphone (13 Pro running iOS 16.6) which should be available in the app store. However, when I search for the app it does not appear, nor do any apps by the developer. If I search for the app on a web browser it shows up and says that it is available to download, however if I click the install button from the web browser a blank screen pops up and I cannot download. I already have an app from the developer on my phone that was downloaded one year ago, however even this app doesn't show up when I search for it in the app store. The app appears to be available to other people with iPhones in my region.
