iOS 16.4.1 no internet when connected to wifi

My personal iphone had been experiencing issues with WiFi connection message saying no internet connection since I updated the device. It occurs regardless of the Wi-Fi I connect to. It will temporarily work after restarting my phone but at most for a few minutes. I have reset network settings but no change. I can only use my phone for browsing when using my cellular data plan. I also work at a company who upgraded their iphones to this version and the same thing is occurring on many of the devices regardless of the Wi-Fi connection used. Again the only connection working is the cellular connection. Will there be a patch to fix this?
