I've noticed that when using Speak Screen to read books in Apple Books, it will sometimes halt after it flips to the next page. Trying to resume produces the error "No speakable content could be found on the screen." Usually I need to restart my phone for it to start working again. Quite troublesome since I listen to books while driving.
Anyone have any idea why it just randomly crashes like this?

Speak Screen can be used to read books--it will proceed to subsequent pages and continue reading without needing to be restarted on each page.
At least usually. For me, it has been randomly halting after flipping a page. Sometimes it continues reading the next page, sometimes it doesn't. Then if I start it again, it will often say "No speakable content could be found on the screen."
Setting the Speech Controller to be always On has not corrected this problem.
You have enabled Speak Screen which will only speak what is on the Screen when it was enabled with Swipe with two fingers. For subsequent reading...
