An Update is required to use cellular data

I have an iPhone X and I've already updated to IOS 16.3.1 and it's not showing me anything on how to update my phone or update carrier settings? I don't know what to do and it happened to suddenly. Please help me, thank you.

  4. Sometimes unexpected behavior can be resolved with a restart: Restart your iPhone
  5. Have you contacted your carrier to make sure there are no issues on their end that could be causing this?
