An Update is required to use cellular data

I have an iPhone X and I've already updated to IOS 16.3.1 and it's not showing me anything on how to update my phone or update carrier settings? I don't know what to do and it happened to suddenly. Please help me, thank you.

When did this start to show on your iPhone?
Where exactly is it showing in your iPhone?
We see that you have the latest current version, iOS 16.3.1, but have you already checked for a carrier settings update? If not, this link shows how to do this: Manually update your carrier settings on your iPhone or iPad
Sometimes unexpected behavior can be resolved with a restart: Restart your iPhone
Have you contacted your carrier to make sure there are no issues on their end that could be causing this?
