Hello Armed45-410,

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. To adjust your Auto-Lock feature, you can do so by following this path here: Settings > Display & Brightness > Auto-Lock.

You had mentioned that you're unable to change the options because it "will not open". If you're unable to access your Auto-Lock options, try the following steps below:

1.) Install any updates available. Keeping your device fully updated can help sort out various unexpected issues: Update your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

2.) Check for possible restrictions that might be enabled that are preventing you from accessing certain settings: Use parental controls on your child's iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support

3.) Turn off Low Power Mode. This can prevent you from editing display brightness settings, which Auto-Lock falls under.

We hope these steps are helpful. Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. Cheers.
