How to I add SPF and DKIM to my domain, which is being hosted by iCloud

Gmail has begun rejecting my emails. I need to authenticate them using SPF and/or DKIM. It's recommended to use both. How do I do that when Apple iCloud is hosting my personally owned domain?

Hello and thank you. I tried Apple Support, and I updated, although my laptop dates to 2016 so I'm stuck with Monterey.

I got this message from Google telling me that my personal domain (visualities.net) had failed authentication.

If you click on the link that has the word authentication in it, you get all sorts of information about SPR and DKIM. I'm afraid it's all above my head. The advisor on Apple Support was not helpful. Didn't know the terminology either. I have to get to someone higher up. Maybe it was a temporary outage, but it's been weeks since my emails have been going into peoples' spam or not receiving them at all.

Thank you, James
