I got a new iPad 10th generation 2022. I transferred data from old iPad to new one. Now I cannot send or receive iMessages from non iPhone users. My phone 13 pro sends them fine. How can I fix this problem?

This needs to be set up again since you have a new ipad click here Forward SMS/MMS text messages from your iPhone to your Mac or iPad - Apple Support

I got a new 2022 ipad. Transferred everything to new iPad from old. Now I cannot sens or receive messages on iMessage from non iPhone users. I can send them on my iPhone 13 Pro, but not my inew ipad
