Can't call some people from imessage

Hi,

When in Imessage, I will sometimes want to call the contact so I click on their profile pick at the top of the page. When I do this, their info shows up but for some reason, "call," "video," and "email" are all greyed out so I cannot call them. If I go to the phone Icon everything works for their contact. Any suggestions? My phone is the Iphone 13 and is up to date.

I just checked. This doesn't seem to be the case. Also, I just went through a number of my pinned messages and 5/9 don't allow me to call, facetime or email from the contact info found in message when you click on their picture.

The message you have received may be from a different phone number than what you are checking on the Phone icon
