iPhone 14 Voicemail Always Goes to Default

Hi folks,

Caveat: I have read an older post on this topic from 2017. I tried every recommended fix (resetting voicemail, resetting network settings, calling my provider, etc...)

My issue is that my iPhone's voicemail won't change over to the custom greeting I have created but instead keeps reverting back to the default voicemail. I am running OS on it.

Please halp!

Please check the following.

Check your DND status - Settings > Focus [Do Not Disturb]; Use Focus on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
Check BedTime Status - Clock App; Use Bedtime to track your sleep on your iPhone - Apple Support
Check your iPhone Sound Volume; Adjust the volume on your iPhone - Apple Support
Check the device's Ringer switch; If you hear no sound or distorted sound from your iPhone, iPad, or ...
Check Call Audio Routing; Call Audio Routing Bluetooth / Speaker / Automatic
Check Auto Answer Calls; Turn off Auto Answer Calls
Check the list of Blocked Numbers --> Block phone numbers, contacts, and emails on your iPhone ...

Thanks for responding but none of that addresses my problem. I know how to set up and use voicemail.

I am having a technical issue with the phone's software. I do not have an issue with using the phone properly or not understanding how to use my voicemail.

VoiceMail, Visual Voicemail, and Voicemail transcription all are available from select carriers in select countries or regions.

Please contact your Carrier to know about the features they offer.
