I can not turn off my iPhone 13

My phone is on and I can see that I am receiving calls and texts , however when I touch the screen nothing happens. It comes taccpet my touch movements to give it new commands and the hard reset only defaults me to make an emergent call.

hace can I force it to reboot ?
