Hi

i have sent request to Apple to unlock my father whos 70+ yrs old after i found his device locked with passcode we couldn't open it so i formatted his iphone and i spoke to Apple care and they advice to send them the purchase bill so they can unlock for us. but i didn't receive any feedback since more than 2 weeks from now. any advice? i don't want buy new phone for this reason ! i wanna buy him new one but the thing is it took my dad ages to learn how to use it i don't bring new one with less complications like Android.

what should i do next guys they will reply or just forget it about it ?

All I know about the service is what it says in this document --> https://al-support.apple.com/#/additional-support


Presumably the turnaround time depends upon the number of requests they have. Also make sure you have checked your junk email since not infrequently people who say they have not heard from Apple find an email in their spam folder.


Refer to this document for ways to contact Apple --> Choose your country or region - Official Apple Support

Select your country (also look for "other" regions), then a product. If you don't see one that handles your issue then keep experimenting with selections until you reach one that gets you a chat session or a telephone call and get the representative to redirect you.
