Apple Music Library not loading/syncing on any devices

Hi All


I have had an issue since yesterday that I can't sync my Apple Library across any of my devices (be it mac, ios or Windows), I get this error when trying to Load the iCloud music library on my Windows PC


I also use BeaTunes, and have a collection of 90000 or so songs, many via apple music, many via iTunes match and many uploaded songs not part of Apple music also. I noticed the first message I got yesterday on devices was that I am no longer subcribed to iTunes Match, even though my subscription is in place until July 2023.


I am guessing my library has been corrupted somehow after a large amount of changes made by BeaTunes (adding composers, artwork etc), but just wondering if anyone has a best way of resolving it.

We'll be somewhat limited regarding beaTunes as that is a third-party program that is not developed by Apple. Before progressing, we'd recommend that you reach out to them in order to confirm if their software is compatible with iTunes and iTunes Match.


Could you confirm that iCloud Music Library is enabled on all of your devices? Turn on Sync Library with Apple Music - Apple Support


For example, on the iPhone:


  1. Go to Settings > Music.
  2. Turn on Sync Library. If you don't subscribe to Apple Music or iTunes Match, you won’t see an option to turn on Sync Library.

Beatunes just read off the library, so don't think its got anything to do with it. Seems like my Apple music has got corrupted somehow, everytime I try to reload the Icloud library, it takes like 10 hours then when it comes time to submit to apple, it has the genius results cannot be updated 4010 error. This happens on other devices too (windows PC and macbook pro) which have no local music and won't allow me to view my library.


Weirdly on my apple tv and apple watch, i can still see my cloud library, it seemed to only be on Windows desktop and Mac's that it logged me out (initial error message was you are no longer subscribed to itunes match).
