I have a newer epson printer and it worked for all my devises including my iPhone 12 Pro Max. But recently after I updated my iphone to 16.2 it says that the printer is no longer available. This is now happening on all my iphone devices. The printer still works on android and my laptops but not my iphone

Drivers Need to be Updated::
So, what's the model of your printer? Perhaps Epson has yet to make drivers available for it. See if the model is shown here: About AirPrint - Apple Support
