Hi,

It would of course be much easier if you had access to an Apple Desktop Bus (ADB) mouse. Can usually be found via online auction sites (such as eBay or Tradera). Some things can be done via a keyboard. For example:

  • Select a disk, folder or file by quickly typing the first few letters of the name.
  • Select items via the arrow keys.
  • Open a selected disk, folder or file by pressing Command(Apple) and the letter O.
  • Close an open window by pressing Command and W.
  • Show Info via Command and I.
  • Duplicate via Command and D.
  • Put away via Command and Y.
  • Find via Command and F.
  • Cut via Command and X.
  • Copy via Command and C.
  • Paste via Command and V.
  • Eject disk via Command and E.
  • Create a new folder via Command and N.
  • Startup with extensions off by pressing the Shift key.
  • Reset the PRAM by pressing and holding the four keys Command, Option(Alt), P and R immediately at the startup tone. Do not release until a second tone has been heard.
