can you add text to emails

If you are referring to notes created in the Notes app...

You can Copy/Paste the contents of your Note into the Mail message

OR

You can Share the Note to Mail via the Share icon in the Notes Toolbar

OR

You can Export to PDF the Note and attach that pdf file to your Mail message.
