I need to make a Genius Bar appointment

Why is it so difficult to make a Genius Bar appointment????!!!!!!!

I own about 10 Apple products. I've been an avid consumer for 10+ years.

I have issues on a 3 year old Macbook pro that is starting to crash a lot more frequently, run slowly and error out.

The answer shouldn't be just buy a new Macbook.

Let me book an appointment for the LOVE OF GOD!
