Apple TV+ MacOS app default audio language

Hi !

I'm using the apple tv+ app on a M1 Macbook Pro, my system is in french but I watch my shows in English with English subtitles

The issue I have is that the language I chose when watching a show is not saved as my default language. If I close the video player and start the episode again, the show is back in French and I have to select the language again

The only documentation I found is this : Change subtitles or languages for videos in the Apple TV app or iTunes Store - Apple Support

But that's already what I'm doing every time I start an episode on the app

That's annoying because Netflix on the other hand remembers your last configuration (prefered audio language and subtitles settings) even when you start a new show, and those settings are synced across all your devices and that on a per user basis.

Is there a setting somewhere to set that once and for all ?
