We just received the new 4k Apple TV on November 4 and It worked great. But for the past month we started having issues with the remote disconnecting and not working so we put it on the charger but it did not help the problem. starting yesterday the remote will turn up and down the volume on the tv but will not connect to the Apple TV 🥺. The Apple TV works just fine with my iphone remote

Yeah, I’m getting this too. But maybe your cell signal is weak this winter 🥶 <- (Your cell signal) but anyway if that is the case then you have to wait until it warms up. 🙄 But if that’s not it I got nothing else for you ☹️
