Extended Edition versions as iTunes Extras play audio only

I have 2 Apple 4K devices (different generations), connected to different TVs.

I recently purchased Star Trek VI which came with a directors cut as an iTunes extra.

The standard movies plays ok on both Apple TVs, the documentaries play ok on both devices. The directors cut version of the movie which is an iTunes extra, will play audio only on both devices.

The directors cut version will play ok on my iPhone and iPad

All devices are latest OS, strong Wi-Fi, good internet connection (even tried tethering my Apple TV to my iPhone on 5G)

Apple support fobbed me off to technical support, where there is no decent option to deal with this type of problem. I’ve seen similar threads which had limited solutions.

Has anyone ever experienced and solved this problem, does anyone have this movie and watched the directors cut from iTunes extra?

thanks

After speaking to a lot of people at Apple, I found someone able to help. I provided screen capture and video of the content not playing correctly on numerous devices, and along with Apple testing they were able to reproduce the issue. They are now liaising with the content provider, to get the content fixed. They’ll contact me once that is done, which could be a few weeks
