Tesla Playlists Not Working

I have very large playlists that extend across many pages on the Tesla interface. When I shuffle those playlists, however, it only shuffles the first page. The playlist is sorted by Song Name in ITunes but it's sorted by artist on Tesla and there seems to be no way to change this. Because of this, when it shuffles, it only plays artists beginning with A or B. This is a pretty basic bug/lack of functionality that should be fixed.

These are actually smart playlists that I have to manually copy over so they can be played in the car. It'd be great if, after all these years, Apple would allow smart playlists (and star ratings!) to be played in this way, but that's a different story.

This is not a helpful reply and seems like a generic copy paste. It would be better to simply wait for a real reply than to post these basic troubleshooting steps that everyone knows by now. Many of these steps are not even relevant in this situation because we're talking about a car.
