macOS Ventura 13.2 update will not install due to User Password not accepting
This is ridiculous. WHY are we not able to install the update without ONE specific username/password, when I have many Administrator accounts including ROOT that can't?
How do I free this from happening? I just want to install the updates as the admin user that I currently am without having to remember whatever account was originally setup on the mac. I'm literally using Root and can't install the updates. I deleted the original account (within Mac OS) and created another one and tried that too. Nothing. My everyday account doesn't work, nor does root. Command line to install updates still asks me for the password. And rebooting manually doesn't kick start the update process.
Please help.
