After Latest Monterey update to 12.6.3,Ethernet connection is broken !

After latest Monterey update to 12.6.3 Ethernet connection is broken but wifi is working. When I go into Network Preferences my iMac is saying Status : Connected Ethernet has a self assigned IP address and will not be able to connect to the internet. It's showing a IP address of 169.254.173.229 and a subnet mask of 255.255.0.0 . Router and DNS server are blank
