After upgrading yesterday to Monterey 12.6, I can no longer attach my MacBook Pro to a network with my ethernet connection. Has anyone experienced this/know how to resolve? No issues with Wi-Fi connections.

Try creating a new ethernet service in network system preferences and try to connect through that. If it works delete the old one and continue using the new one.
