Beats Pro battery drain

Hi

Recently my right earbud gets drained.

Apparently, when I put the earbuds back in the case (same as I did hundreds of times in recent months) the right earbud doesn't connect to the case, stay active, and lose all its power after a few hours (as expected).

I cleaned the earbud, cleaned the case, and it doesn't help. Occasionally I close the case and it is not connected.

Any advice?

I fear I'll come to repair it, they'll see it works once and won't repair it...

We appreciate you reaching out to us.

Have you had the chance to make sure that your charging case is free of any dirt or debris?

Have you had the chance to make sure that the metal contacts on the affected earbud is free of any dirt or debris?

Hello OmerGar,

If these issues continue after performing those steps, then we would still recommend reaching out to Apple Support. They would be the best equipped to look into your next available options.

You can contact them using the link we previously sent over or by calling the phone number most applicable to you here: Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support

Cheers!
