Power beats pro uneven battery drain

This is the second set of power beats pro that the left earbud battery drains twice as fast as the right one. I have made sure both are fully charged before using. With the first set the left one stopped working at 57%. With this set it stops working at 53%. I love these earbuds but this is SO FRUSTRATING. I have tried all of the tips found online and nothing has helped.
