Problem in purchasing Logic Pro X, it says "Purchase of this item is not currently available" and "this item is being modified. please try again later"

hallo, I'm having a trouble when purchasing Logic Pro X even though I have sufficient balance on my Apple ID account. I'm using the latest macOS Ventura 13.1 but when I try to purchase Logic Pro X, it is said "Purchase of this item is not currently available" and "this item is being modified. please try again later".

does anyone have the some problem and how do I fix this?

I have tried to restart my mac several times and approach Apple support. However, the advisor from Singapore had a problem to connect me to Apple support for this app several times and He gave me reference number for this issue and try to contact me as the problem is solved

Restart the Mac, and try again. If that fails to un-wedge this, contact Apple Support.

Boot into Safe Mode, and try again. (Though presumably Apple already suggested that.)

Then re-contact Apple Support.
