Share app
My child purchased (with my permission) and downloaded an app to her iPad mini that I would like shared with her sibling’s iPad mini. How do I do that without repurchasing it? We are on a family share.

If you have Family Sharing, and the App is shareable over Family sharing, you should be able to download the app from the purchase list on the child's account without paying agin.
