iTunes won't search for music
My itunes will no longer search for music by artist or album title. It will search by song, but nothing else. I use iTunes on a Lenovo PC Laptop, and use Windows 10.

Perhaps your Search box has a filter turned on. Click on the arrow (next to the magnifying glass) in the Search box to reveal the filters menu:
Make sure that the filter is set to All.
