Apple Music says I’m offline when I’m connected

In the middle of searching on Apple Music, it stops and says I’m offline. I’m still connected and can use all other apps. I have iPhone 11 iOS 16.2

Thanks for posting in Apple Support Communities.


With Apple Music showing the offline error, make sure to restart iPhone and make sure you're using the latest software version for the most recent performance fixes. Go to Settings > Cellular and make sure that Music is enabled to use for cellular if you're not connected to Wi-Fi. If you're connected to Wi-Fi, turn it off, restart iPhone, and enable it again.
