iPadOS 16.2 three finger gestures broken

Same problem as

Can't reply there so here is the feedback to the suggested links:

The links show how it should work and used to work before.

However it does not work as advertised anymore. Since 16.1 gestures are interfering with other gestures so that the user experience varies between jiggly ui and malfunctioning.

This is no longer of the category "needs support" but a proper UI bug.
