Mac Mail not refreshing HTML images in signatures

I have recently upgrade my Mac Pro (late 2013) to Monterey version 12.6.2. We use Mac Mail for emailing and we use an HTML customized email signature that includes images that are save and periodically changed on a remote server. This allows us to change all the sign images for our company with one simple file overwrite.

The problem that we have run into is that on the Macs we have upgraded to Monterey, the images do not refresh or show the most recent image. The exact same email (CC'd) will show perfectly with the current images showing on other devices (phones, other PCs or Macs (not running Monterey). The image also shows fine if I open Microsoft Outlook on the Mac running Monterey.

The problem seems to be MacMails image caching (or so I believe). Does anyone know how to get MacMail under Monterey to NOT CACHE it's image files and reload the images on an email every time?

So what I have learned since I posted the above is that if I follow this path....

~/Library/Containers/#images/Data/Library/Mail/V9/MailData/RemoteContentURLCache/fsCacheddata

by entering the Library via the GO menu. I can delete any new files from 'today' and then it fixes the cached images temporarily. If we then change the image on the server after doing the above, we still have the same problem and need to start the process over again.

Apple needs to fix this caching issue or someone needs to show me where to change how MacMail caches its images.

Please if you know how to fix this problem let us all know.
