Airpod Pro (Gen2) keeps disconnecting from my iPhone and Macbook Pro

Had my Airpod Pros for over a year with no issues and now everytime I connect them to a device, they automatically disconnect after about 5-10 seconds on both my iPhone 13 Pro Max and Macbook Pro. I’ve tried forgetting the device and adding them again with no luck. I know this has happened to people before. Is there a viable solution? Airpod firmware is on the latest 5B58.
