AirPod pros disconnecting and then reconnecting

I have not found any help with a quick search.

I have deleted them, reset them and re-paired them multiple times.

Software is current on both iPhone 14pro and AirPods

but it insists on disconnecting, reconnecting not connecting.

Any thoughts?

You have tried all the obvious self-help options so you might have to consider aa possible hardware fault. Do you have access to any other Apple device (iPhone, iPad, MacBook?) which you could use to test a dig=fferent host device with your pods?


Your iPhone 14 is less than a year old so it must still be within warranty - although at this stage it is anyone's guess whether the problem is in the pods or the host device. I suggest you should contact Apple Support to discuss the problem and arrange a hands-on inspection by Apple's technicians.
