bluetooth device conflict

I have hearing aids that have bluetooth that I use to accept and make calls on my iphone 11.

I also, sometimes, use my bluetooth speaker to listen to music, but I do not want to take calls on this device for a variety of reasons.

how do i change the settings so that my music and video audio goes through my speaker, but my calls (both send and receive) are managed though my hearing aids?
