Sharing Health Data Issue

I have tried everything. My girlfriend and I are trying to share health data, she accepted mine and had no problems, I can’t accept hers and we don’t know why. Everything is the same in both phones, iCloud emails, contacts, IOS, everything. What can we do?

Unable to share Health data with partner My partner has been able to share his Health data with me but when I tried several times to do it, it comes up with “invite pending” and he doesn’t get an invite on his phone. We have checked that we had both our contacts and email addresses we use for Apple ID saved up, and two-factor authentification is enabled too. We have also checked the iCloud and we don’t think the issue comes from there. We are both on iOS 16. Is there anything else we should check or do?

Unable to share Health data from iPhone 12 to iPhone 15 I have been trying to share my health data with my boyfriend but it keeps flagging him as not having a device to view it on. He has an iPhone 15 and I have an iPhone 12, both are updated to current iOS. I have attached his icloud to his contact, we have checked in settings to make sure health is on. I have been able to share my data with my father but it will not let me share it with him. I’ve tried everything please help. [Re-Titled by Moderator]

I can't recieve the Health Data invite Hi mother - iPhone 13. Me - iPhone 14 I can share my health data with mother. Mother can share, but I cannot recieve. I have checked, added our Apple ID, iCloud Email in iCloud contact list. :( What should i do? I have followed instrunction from this page Share and view health data in the Health app - Apple Support
