Apple watch won't shut down

When I try to shut down my apple watch, it goes to Siri and won't shut down

i cant turn off apple watch. when I press side button, Siri comes on. how do I turn it off. I need to reboot because some other functions are not working when i try to turn watch off, siri comes on. I want to power down watch because a few functions have frozen and are not working. I try to turn off by pressing and holding side button.

Sounds ike you are pressing and holding the Crown instead of the long side button
